AAHRMEI 22 ND National Convention held at Belmont Hotel Boracay, Newcoast, Malay, Aklan on
December 3-6, 2022 was highlighted on its last day with a big surprise given by the Board
Advisers, Dr. Disodado D. Amante and Dr. Ignacio C. Cordova, Jr. who were reading the citations
which perfectly supported Dr. Gloria Baken W. Siy being conferred as President Emeritus.
“All roads lead to Rome”, describes the grandeur of the glorious Roman
civilization. This splendid ancient achievement has inspired governments and visionary
leaders to replicate such magnanimity, hence, they take actively in creating monumental
activities that will assist the intended beneficiaries such as academe and related
organizations through various platforms.
Similarly, all gateways led to the 22 nd AAHRMEI (Association of Administrators in
Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management Educational Institutions) Annual National
Convention at Belmont Hotel, Newcoast Boracay in Malay, Aklan on December 4-6,
2022.

The year 2020 is our 20th year of existence as a voluntary professional organization, thus we wish to conduct the AAHRMEI Congress on May 4 & 5, 2020 with the theme “Navigating a 20:20 Vision in Response to Gender Mainstreaming for Hospitality Industry” at the Ballroom of Manila Grand Opera Hotel at Doroteo Jose St. corner Rizal Avenue, Manila.
