The Association of Administrators in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management Educational Institutions (AAHRMEI) successfully held its 19thNational Convention at Dahilayan Forest Park, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon on December 1 – 4, 2019 with a theme: The Technology Pulse 2020: Navigate Ways into a Technology Career for Hospitality and Tourism Industry.

This study was conducted because of the researcher’s desire to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction and future loyalty. It focused on assessing the impact of the dimensions such as cost, ambiance, responsiveness, and food quality on the overall customer satisfaction that would predict future customer loyalty.

An eager group of more than 200 members gathered to get involved in the 2018 AAHRMEI General Membership Meeting and Summer Seminar Workshop. The midyear event was held on May 5 & 6, 2018 at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

At the election held during the 17th AAHRMEI National Annual Convention Last December 1-3, 2017, Dr. Gloria Baken Wong-Siy got elected as President of AAHRMEI. It can be recalled that Dr. Siy had held this position for the interim period of 10 months

The newly appointed OIC of the Commission of Higher Education (CHED), Dr. J. Prospero E. De Vera III, honored the invitation of AAHRMEI to be the Inducting Officer of the elected officers for the term 2018-2020 of the AAHRMEI last February 4, 2018 at Serye Café in Quezon Circle, Quezon City.

I wish to extend to you and your faculty members the invitation to an international seminar that could help us out in carrying ourselves professionally. Oftentimes, we just cannot immediately immerse ourselves with a group of corporate personalities. We are doubtful if our actions and statements are acceptable in the society that we are exposed to.
